Pachai Payaru/ Kondakadalai dosa/ Moong dal dosa Recipe :

Moong dal dosa is an south Indian dosa recipe. This is very Healthy and nutritious food.

Ingredients :

  1. Moong dal / Pacha Payaru                - 1 cup ( Soak it in overnight )
  2. Kondakadalai / Black Channa           - 1 cup ( Soak it in overnight )
  3. Idly Rice or Rice Flour - 1 cup
  4. Small onion or Big Onion (1)          - 10 - 15
  5. Green Chilly                                   - 2 
  6. Oil
  7. Water for Grinding
  8. Salt to taste

Method :

Take the Ingredients
Soak in water for overnight 
Take Onion, Green chilies, salt and water
Take 1 cup of rice 
In jar First Grind the Rice , Pacha paeru and Channa. While Grinding add some water Don't add too much of water.
Then Grind The Onion . Chilli and Salt
Mix the batter well and live it for 10 -15 min. OR
U can use this batter in two method instant and fermented. For fermentation Keep aside in a warm place to ferment well for at-least 10 - 12 hours.If you see the batter would have raised well and now your dosa batter is ready to use.For instant method, you can make it immediately or after 20 - 30 mins the batter will absorb all the water and you sprinkle some water and you can use.
Heat the Tawa , Take a laddle full of dosa and spread it
Turn the dosa
Serve it with chutney
