Simple Fish Fry :

Fish fry is a delicious Indian recipe. This fish fry is just like that, a fish millet is first marinated with Indian spices and then fried.Fish is a really nutritious food, rich in protein,vitamins and minerals.





Ingredients :


  1. Fish                            - 10 pcs
  2. Chilly powder               - 3 tsp
  3. Coriander powder         - 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder          - 1/2 tsp
  5. Pepper                         - 1 tsp
  6. Corn flour                     - 1 tbsp
  7. Oil                                - 3 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. little water 

Method :

 Take all the spice powders 

Mix all the ingredients with 1 tsp oil, (oil will nicely coated with fish)
Sprinkle some water and mix it
Apply the masala to the fish and live it for 2 hours

Heat oil in a pan and toast the fish 
Toast the fish till its golden red in colour
Serve hot with lemon and onion rings
