Vegetable Korma / Mixed Vegetable Korma / How to make veg korma :

Vegetable korma is the best accompanied with Tiffen items...

Ingredients :


  1. Vegetables - 1cup
  2. Onions - 2
  3. Tomatoes - 1
  4. Coconut paste - 1cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Green chilly paste - 1tsp (or) green chilly - 2
  8. Red chilly powder 1 2/2tsp
  9. Garam masala - 1tsp
  10. Pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. Fennel seeds - 1tsp
  12. Jeera/cumin Seeds - 1tsp
  13. Bay leaf - 1
  14. Cinnamon - 1
  15. Cloves - 2
  16. Star anise - 1
  17. Oil - 2tsp
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Few coriander leaves

Method:

Take all the Ingredients

Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, cumin, fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves and star anise.Roast for few sec

Add the onoins , saute it turns brown in color

put the tomatoes 

Saute till its turns mushy 

Add the spice powders and ginger garlic paste 

Saute well  untill the raw smell goes


Add the vegetables

Mix well

Add some salt

Add 2 cups of water and required salt 

Lets boil for 10 - 15 min

Add the coconut paste  add mix well ,allow it to boil for 5 to 7 min

Turn off the flame, add the chopped corionder leaves

Serve it withe hot rotis, parathas and pooris
