Rice Cheese Balls Recipe by using left over rice :

This recipe is so simple to make with few ingredients....

Prep Time : 10 mins
Rice cheese balls 
Cooking Time : 10 mins

Ingredients :

  1. Boiled rice - 2 cups
  2. Cheese - 1 cup
  3. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  4. Corn Starch - 1 tbsp
  5. Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  6. Salt to taste 
  7. Oil - for deep frying

Method :

  1. In a Mixing bowl, add boiled rice, cheese, pepper powder and salt. smash it well with your hands. ( DON'T ADD WATER WHILE MIXING)
  2. Prepare like a dough and make a small balls in it.
  3. In a small cup, dilute the corn starch with water and make thin batter.
  4. Keep ready bread crumbs and corn starch mixture.
  5. Now dip the ball in corn starch water and roll them in bread crumbs nicely.
  6. Do the procedure for all the balls and set aside.
  7. Now heat oil in a kadai in medium flame.
  8. Now add the rice balls one by one in hot oil.
  9. Cook in low medium flame.
  10. Once rice cheese balls turn golden brown color, remove it from the oil.
  11. Now ready to serve.
