Left over Idly - Schezwan Idly Upma .....

Ingredients :

  1. Left over idly - 4
  2. Onion - 1 medium size
  3. Green chilly - 1 finely chopped
  4. Capsicum - 1/4 cup finely chopped
  5. Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. Few coriander leaves
  7. Butter - 1 tbsp

Method :

  1. Crumble the left over idlies coarsely and set aside
  2. Heat butter in a pan, before butter melts add chopped onions, saute it for 1 min.
  3. Then add capsicums, chopped green chilly and saute it well.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of schezwan sauce mix it well with little water, stir it for few sec.
  5. Then add the crumbled idlies and mix well to combine.
  6. Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  7. Serve hot.
